Hi Everyone,

In case you'd like a little more step-by-step on how to use Rhea's Youtube video for promoting the conference, here's an example of how it might go.....

You could say in an email, for example,

"I've been wanting to write and tell you about a family business conference that's coming up; but here's a video that can explain it better.

I've been to one of these myself, and it changed my thinking and has helped me learn about the Internet and business. Maybe you'd like to check it out for yourself."

Then you sign it with your name and put your affiliate link right after it. (This, in effect, is your "sig.")

Something like that.

That's how the process works.

Here's the lengthy comment I tried to post on Rhea's Youtube video.

She's not kidding.

This is the only professional-level conference I've ever heard of that allows, let alone WELCOMES, teens.

I've been to one of these conferences, so I've seen firsthand that families attend together, and enjoy the time together too.

Have you ever been to a business seminar with your teen(s?)

Think about it.

It's a great way for our young people to get introduced to the world of internet business.

And if you're lucky, one or more of your family members will find a business model that suits their personality; or matches what they like; and then they can begin to build that business from there.

Making a decision of what to do with your life is not easy.

Teens are pressured from about eighth or ninth grade with the big question: What are you going to do with your life?

And in my kids' school, they didn't have enough counselors to give adequate guidance to every single young person. Not enough time, and too many students.

This forces teens to either make un-prepared choices, or decisions based on time pressure.

And what about the dad or mom working hard, but un-satisifed in their current job.

Or for some, they're working in jobs where they fear they'll be "let go" due to economic circumstances or any number of other reasons?

Or, they just plain hate it. (Who am I to judge why?)

Living in fear or dread is living with a ball and chain. And some people are literally stuck.

I've had jobs, and maybe you have too...

Where you already begin on Sunday to feel like you're choking; or you even feel depressed that you're going to have to get up and go in to that same place and work at a job you hate.

And nowadays, it's commonplace to have jobs that don't even provide 40 whole hours of work.

And good luck piecing together two PT jobs to get one whole job.

My HB has had two job changes in the past year due to the companies not having enough work.

Scrambling around to keep from losing everything has been wrenching.

How do you feed families and meet bill payments like that?

Oh and what about the weather-related devastation this country is experiencing?

So many things happening to families' finances.

Well at a seminar like this one, everyone has a chance to learn (directly from a successful expert) about different businesses models. -- Usually these can be done from home using your computer and the Internet.

Do you think it would relieve some pressure if you knew you could earn a living from anywhere, as long as yo had access to a computer with Internet connection?

And you get to hear about businesses directly from successful entrepreneurs. As a kid from south Detroit, being in the same room with an entrepreneur who is willing to teach you their system for success is a big deal!

That was the main draw for me when I went.

I wanted to see for myself what all of this "earn money from home" stuff was all about.

So many times, we are duped into thinking that everyone and anyone can earn money from home with some system that sounds like money will just fall from the sky.

What I learned gave me a start. And I had some personal circumstances that set me back, making X amount per year due to going to this conference.

But what I can truthfully say, is that is was worthwhile, and it is worthwhile. B/C it opens your eyes to the possibilities.

Plus, maybe your circumstances are better than mine were. Then you or your kids can start a journey into becoming an entrepreneur. Just like the founders of America.

How would that sound to say you are an entrepreneur. Or your teen is an entrepreneur?

How would it feel to grab onto a real golden opportunity, not some fairy tale?

Okay, this post is much longer than I intended. And no, this is not a paid-for sales letter. This is just me, being real. (On the open Internet, what am I thinking?)

But I know that a video posted on this site has the potential of reaching many people.

And I wanted to do my part and get this important message out to you.

Going to a conference like this one can change the financial destiny of you and/or your children.

This is not a pitch for the sake of making sales.

This is from my heart to yours.

How To Promote Rhea's Entrepreneur Days 2008

Hi,

Here are three great tips, provided to us by super affiliate Stu McLaren, to help structure your communications.

1) Clearly state what the product is.

In this case, it's a home business conference where families can attend together, to learn about creating income streams from home, with only the computer and the Internet.

Other business models are also featured.

And the guest experts are successful business entrepreneurs.

2) Clearly state the product (the conference) benefit.

For example, if you were writing an email, you might want to say something like:

"I feel the biggest reason anyone would want to go to a conference like this is to find out first-hand what types of businesses have great success on the Internet. I know that's one of the biggest reasons I'm going."

(Something in your own words, describing your one or two biggest reasons.)

3) Give them a reason to want this.

Without being "salesy," write what you feel this conference can do for them.

For example you might want to say something like:

"When I was trying to decide whether to go or not, I thought the price of the conference was very reasonable. It's a small price to pay in order to learn how to start my own business."

Make your message a real thought of yours, and it will come out natural and believable.

After all, we're not trying to twist anyone's arm.

We're putting a legitimate opportunity in front of them that can change family lives for the better.

This is why we're passionate about Rhea's Days.

If you really feel it, then when you talk about it, your enthusiasm will come through in a natural way.

And that can get you sales, without being pushy.

Well here we go....

Rhea's Entrepreneur Days 2008 is just around the corner, and it's going to be exciting to watch the momentum build.

We can't believe another year has gone by.

But if you've "been around the internet" a while, you know that things have changed dramatically from last year to the present.

There are thousands more "social sites," where people gather to share interests, experiences and overall thoughts.

This is a good thing.

Because as you may guess, that means there are more people to "get to know" and to virtually "talk to."

Your end goal is to recommend to like-minded people, that they consider attending Rhea's Entrepreneur Days in August.

But just like any relationship, you're going to want to start slow and with simple, thoughtful conversation.

Think about how you first learned of Rhea, her programs and the annual seminar.

What peaked your interest? What drew you to her calls? And if you've attended any of the past seminars, what exactly prompted you to make those plans and be there?

These are the kinds of things you will want to sprinkle into your online conversations when the opportunity comes along.

No one wants to be "sold." And you don't even have to join a group or anything if you don't want to.

You can simply talk to folks you know, or mention the conference in any of your casual emails to your family and friends.

It's all good.

You just need to remember to put your affiliate link where appropriate (we'll show you exactly how and where,) and you send it along. Or post it along.
